PVC and UPVC pipes produced on our own two extrusion lines at Shershah Industrial Area, Karachi — controlled from compound to finished length.
What we manufacture
Our extrusion lines produce PVC pipe for plumbing, drainage and irrigation use, in the diameters and pressure classes agreed with the customer. Because the compound comes through our own recycling operation, we control what goes into the pipe rather than buying finished stock and relabelling it.
If you need a size or fitting we do not extrude ourselves, we supply it through our pipe supply service from vetted mills — and we tell you clearly which is which.
Production control
- Compound control. Recycled PVC is screened and blended to a consistent formulation before extrusion.
- Two lines. Capacity to run standard sizes continuously while a second line covers a different diameter or a custom order.
- Dimensional checks. Wall thickness, outer diameter and length checked through the run, not only at the end.
- Traceable batches. Orders are recorded against the batch they came from.
