Plastic recycling in Karachi
We take plastic scrap and return it to manufacturers as clean, consistent regrind and pellets — 500 tons a month through shredding, washing and pelletising.
What happens to the material
- Purchase and inspection. Scrap is inspected before purchase: polymer type, contamination, moisture, colour mix. Material that will not process well is refused rather than blended in.
- Sorting. Manual and mechanical separation by polymer and colour, with metal and foreign matter removed.
- Shredding. Size reduction to a consistent flake for washing and feeding.
- Washing and drying. Washing removes dirt, labels and residues; drying brings moisture down before melting.
- Pelletising. Flake is melted and cut into pellets, or supplied as washed flake/regrind when the customer’s process prefers that form.
- Testing and dispatch. Batch tested for the parameters the application needs, packed and delivered with documentation.
Why imported feedstock matters
A recycling line is only as good as its input. Much of our raw material comes from Japan, the USA, Canada, Malaysia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, where collection and sorting are established. That gives a cleaner, more predictable feedstock than mixed local scrap — and the difference shows up in the regrind your machine receives.
Quality and environment
Our processes run under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with REACH compliance for customers who need it and SGS inspection available on request. See our certifications.
